Waiting to hear my 2nd favorite quote

It's been a frustrating week for my clients and I when waiting on a some of my favorite 3 words, "Clear to Close". Sadly this has become so common in this industry. We try and work as a team for the buyers and sellers to have a smooth purchasing transaction but that doesn't always work out the way we planned. Their lives are on hold in the meantime.

I hope for my clients, we can hear those words soon.
