New Statistics on Home Sales

MLSPIN just released some statistics about single-family home sales for Massachusetts. We know that we saw a decrease which created a high demand and challenging times for most buyers. But there looks to be good news in the horizon. There was a slight increase in home sales in 2024. What does 2025 look like? I hope it continues to show an increase to stir up more activity.
